Keshav Prasad Maurya inaugurates newly constructed SS Bose, Homi Bhabha and Vidyasagar hostels at RGIPT, Amethi

During his visit to Amethi district, Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Keshav Prasad Maurya was enthusiastically welcomed by party officials, public representatives and workers at various places including Rae Bareli Square, Dighia Bazaar, Rae Bareli and Fursatganj by presenting flower garlands and bouquets. During the tour, the Deputy Chief Minister visited the newly constructed S.C. at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT) located in Jais. Inaugurated Bose, Homi Bhabha and Vidyasagar hostels by cutting the ribbon.

On this occasion, Minister of State Mr. Mayankeshwar Sharan Singh, Member Legislative Council Mr. Shailendra Pratap Singh, District Panchayat President Mr. Rajesh Agrahari, MLA Jagdishpur Mr. Suresh Pasi, District Magistrate Mr. Sanjay Chauhan, Superintendent of Police Mr. Saravanan T., Chief Development Officer Ms. Pooja Sahu, BJP District President Mr. Sudhanshu Shukla along with public representatives, officers, party officials, workers and a large number of general public were present.

In his address, the Deputy Chief Minister said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the double engine of development and public welfare is running at full speed in Uttar Pradesh. The work of providing facilities like housing, free food grains, Ujjwala gas, Ayushman Bharat, electricity, pure drinking water, health, education and employment to the poor is continuing. The aim of the government is to ensure that the benefits of development reach the last person in the society. It is the resolve of the double engine BJP government that the poor, deprived, destitute and needy families get the right to live life with dignity. Government schemes are not limited to papers, rather officials and public representatives are continuously working to ensure that their benefits reach the eligible people. By providing permanent houses to poor women and families belonging to weaker sections, the government is bringing a lasting change in their lives. Housing is not just a construction of four walls, but is the foundation of security, respect and better future of the family. Through Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana, the dream of lakhs of families of owning a permanent house has come true.
