Al Udeid airbase located in Qatar, which is considered to be America’s largest military center in the Middle East, American fighter jets and heavy bombers are being rapidly removed and transferred to safe and strategically secured bases. Military analysts believe the Trump administration wants to keep its most expensive and deadly air weapons away from Iran’s missile range to minimize damage in any possible attack.

50,000 American soldiers on high alert: Pentagon tightens its belt

Along with shifting of aircraft, America has also strengthened its fortifications on the ground front. More than 50,000 American soldiers deployed in different countries of the Middle East like Iraq, Syria, Kuwait and Bahrain have been put on combat ready i.e. high operational alert. Air defense systems, including Patriot missile defence, have been activated. The US Central Command (CENTCOM) is directly monitoring the situation and the troops have been given full freedom to respond immediately and aggressively to any aggressive action.
