Leading technology companies and investors from India and abroad have been invited to this high-profile meeting, after which huge investment is expected in the state.
Ranchi IT Park will become the new tech hub of North East India
The biggest attraction of this digital roadmap is the ‘Ranchi IT Park’ project. This high-tech park, being developed with state-of-the-art infrastructure near the capital Ranchi, aims to attract global IT companies, BPOs and data centres. Through this platform, the Chief Minister will present the complete blueprint of Ranchi IT Park before the big industrialists of the country and will assure them of single-window clearance and special concessions to open their offices in Jharkhand.
Jharkhand will become the leading state to bring draft AI policy
Keeping in mind the rapid spread of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the technological world, the Jharkhand government is also going to present its new ‘Draft AI Policy’. Under this policy, the use of AI will be promoted in the fields of state administration, agriculture, health and education. Also, special training programs will be started to make the youth skilled in modern technologies like AI and Machine Learning so that the youth of Jharkhand can compete at the global level.
Keeping an eye on millions of new employment opportunities
Political and economic analysts believe that with this digital roadmap, Jharkhand’s image will change from just a mineral-intensive state to a modern tech-friendly state.
